  9. DANA CARVEY, who debuted as a film star last week in
  10. Opportunity Knocks. "It's terrible, I know," says Carvey, 35,
  11. who claims the script was "supposed to be rewritten." One
  12. highlight is his deft imitation of George Bush, whom the comic
  13. calls a "combination of Mr. Rogers and John Wayne." In his next
  14. film, Carvey plays a white youth raised by Japanese ninjas.
